Awareness Training

My name is Annie Blair and I am a certified Process Worker in Portland, Oregon where I work with individuals and groups to bring deeper awareness to their life experiences.   My particular passions are addictive tendencies, eating disturbances, body image, and creativity. I offer individual sessions and teach classes using Process Work and Authentic Movement. (See Services and Fees for descriptions.)

Process Work Cultivates Awareness

Process Work is an awareness approach to growth, and draws together psychology, group dynamics, social awareness, spirituality, and creative expression in one framework.  Its methods help you bring awareness to both the more known and less knows parts of yourself, and provide you ways to explore these in depth and with compassion for your whole self.

Finding the Diamond in the Rough

Processwork suggests that resolutions to your difficulties are contained within the problems themselves. By approaching these painful or disturbing areas of your life with respect and curiosity, you uncover your own deepest perceptions to find meaning and wisdom in your experiences.

Areas of Process Work

In sessions we will focus on your particular challenges and interests. These may include:

  • Personal growth and inner work
  • Feelings such as sadness, grief, fear, hopelessness, anger
  • Relationship issues
  • Body symptoms and/or illness
  • Transitions within yourself and/or with others or your career

By bringing awareness to your experiences, challenges, and difficulties you can:

  • Nourish your inner life
