In a Session

Using practices from Processwork, Authentic Movement and/or Social Presencing Theater, we follow words, movements, feelings, images, and sounds that come through your felt experience. Space is created for your emerging directions to unfold. Together we consider how your discoveries might be useful in everyday life.

We bring special attention to unexpected and surprising moments to connect with the freshness they offer. Sketching and journaling can be used to further cultivate insights and meaning making.

No need for a background in dance or movement, just bring your curiosity!

Cost & length of sessions

I offer a free 20 minute phone consultation to discuss how I might meet your needs.
In person sessions are either 60 minute or 90 minutes.
The cost for 60 minutes is $100 and for 90 minutes is $130.
